I have been hearing from a lot of people that are considering visiting Hawaii but are afraid to visit because of the COVID-19 restrictions.
What if I catch COVID before my flight to Hawaii, and can’t travel?
What if I catch COVID in Hawaii, and can’t return?
Do I need to self-quarantine for 14 days in Hawaii?
What about all of the accommodations and costs if I can’t travel? Costs such as Airbnb, hotels, car rentals, and other reservations.
These are serious questions, and I do know that airlines are attempting to solve some of these with rapid testing. But, the ones from Hawaiian Air are $150 per adult, and there are no considerations given for hotels and other expenses.
